Shipping policy

We ship within the contiguous United States from our workshop in Plymouth, Michigan. We are not able to ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

Orders over $50 ship free. Below that, the rate is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Every Replenishment renewal ships free, whatever its size.

Orders are packed and on their way within 1 to 2 business days. You will get tracking by email as soon as yours moves.

If a parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email hello@lumbazzi.com and we will make it right.
