We build these so you keep them. If a routine isn't earning its place on your shelf, we don't want your money for it, so for sixty days, it's on us.

What that means

Use it daily. If your routine isn't better in sixty days, tell us and we'll make it right: a full refund of your order. You don't need to ship anything back. The soap's been used, and mailing a half-bar around helps no one.

How to claim it

Email us at hello@lumbazzi.com within sixty days of your box arriving, and tell us what didn't work. We'll almost always try to fix it first: the right scent, a different cadence, a bar that suits your water. If you'd still rather have your money back, you'll have it, no argument.

The fine print, kept short

• One make-good per household. We honor it fully, once.
• Within sixty days of delivery.
• It covers your order: the routine or the products in it.
• Cancelling a subscription is separate, and always free: skip, change the cadence, or cancel any time from your account. You don't need an account, we email you a link that opens it in one tap.

That's the whole promise. We'd rather earn the second order than argue about the first.
