How long does the bar last?

Depends on daily usage, but you should expect 3-4 weeks of usage per bar.

What makes the Proper Soap Bar different?

Most soap bars fully strip the skin of its natural oils leaving behind a dry, tight skin feel. Lumbazzi’s silky feeling blend was formulated to mildly cleanse the skin while leaving behind a feeling of hydration. Ingredients like castor oil, aloe vera and coconut cream are the real winners of this luxurious feel.

Can I use it on my face?

Soap’s pH typically does not allow for use anywhere other than the body. Proper Soap Bar’s have a slightly lower pH that mildly cleanses the skin and leaves behind a silky, hydrated feel. If you have oily skin, Mud Men (linked) is your best option.

Should I use it to wash my beard?

Soap’s pH is not ideal for use in your beard. If you want a multi use option, this can be a workable starting place. That said, for optimal beard health you will want a tool formulated for the job.

Can people with nut allergies use this bar?

If you have a severe allergy to all nuts, this will not be best for you. If you suffer from only a peanut allergy, you should not worry.

Why do you not use fragrance oils?

Fragrance oils are only designed to smell good, not have function. There are potential benefits from using essential oils that are not available with fragrance oils. Plus, we do not want a soap bar to muddy expensive cologne scents.
